COMMUNITY AMMENITIES
FRONTIER HEIGHTS COMMUNITY CENTER
Our Neiborhood is proud to own a Community Center that originally served as the Sale Center back when the neighborhood was first built in 1968. This is an open concept facility with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a fenced in back yard.
To reserve the Community Center, please fill out the "Community center reservation request form" in the documents section and email it to us at: frontierheightshoa@gmail.com or click the link below!
FRONTIER HEIGHTS PARK
In 2017, the HOA voted to donate our park to the city of Lake Stevens, in exchange for them to rebuild and maintain the park. See the link below for the city website!
HOA VISITOR PARKING
We have 2 designated 72-hour visitor parking areas on each side of the neighborhood for HOA resident's guests to park at. This is in addition to regular street parking along Frontier Circle, and day parking along the Frontier Heights Park!

CC&R/ PARKING VIOLATION COMPLAINT FORM
For all Complaints regarding CC&Rs, parking or any other issues, please fill out the Following document, and email it to us. All complaints are anonymous and will be followed up within the month.
COMMUNITY CENTER REQUEST FORM
For all Community Center Rentals, please fill out the form, and email it to us, along with any other questions you may have. We will get back to you, to confirm rental details.
